![]() | WHAT TO WEAR Tights, yoga pants or snug sweat pants work well, as long as they are not too baggy or too long. Form-fitting shirts with sleeves (long or short) are required. Shoes are not permitted on the mats or any apparatus. If you have long hair, put it up with an elastic band. Remove all jewelry. Clothing with buttons, snaps, zippers, rivets, and metal accessories is not allowed. If you are taking a flying trapeze class for the first time, please bring a pair of socks and choose appropriate clothing that covers your knees. Contact lenses are preferable to glasses if you have the option. |
![]() | ADDITIONAL INFORMATION We ask that you arrive at least 15 20 minutes before your first class so that we can get you through the registration process without cutting into your class time. It is preferable that you warm up your body before flying trapeze. Light stretching and aerobic movement is best. All other classes include a warm up and cool down. If you are unsure of what to do to warm yourself up, please ask a staff member for some quick pointers. We will happily advise you. |
