This course gives you the chance to learn the basics of yoga from a small class size with individualized programs; its as if youre having a one-on-one session with your instructor! The course lasts for 4 weeks and will take you on a gradual, precise and step-by-step introduction to the practice of vinyasa yoga where the focus will be on natural alignment, transition between poses and breathing within the flow. Yoga will fuel both your mind and body; its one of the best forms of workout there is. This is great for anyone who needs to take a breather from the grind of work and the city.
