Platoon Outdoor membership is monthly (no contracts) and as a member you may attend any site at any time we offer class. Platoons team of more than 30 nationally certified professional instructors rotate constantly, so you wont have the same instructor every day. This keeps your training (and your instructor) fresh. Platoon Outdoor is a system comprised of 1,115 exercises, specifically sequenced, which has produced massively consistent results without injury for more than 11 years. Monday works primarily the lower body; Tuesday works primarily the upper body; Wednesday is primarily cardio day (although there is some cardio every day); Thursday works lower body; Friday works upper body and Saturday is Instructors Choice. All of our classes are synchronized, so that you can visit any location on any given day and get the appropriate session. While it may seem like there is a routine, it is important to note that every day, and every instructor, is different. In fact, for us different is the only routine. We encourage you to attend at least 3 times a week to enjoy the benefits of the Platoon Experience.
