Exposure Rock Climbing has the only USA Climbing nationally certified route setters in the state of Texas. Why is it important to climb at a gym with Nationally Certified Route Setters? Because its a gym that puts its climbers first, NOT the birthday parties or the church groups, but the climbers. Exposure is currently the only gym in the metroplex with a USA Climbing Nationally Certified Route Setter and we have two of them (Kyle Clinkscales and Stan Borodyansky). Having two professional route setters on staff helps Exposure change its routes faster than other gyms. But it's more than just frequent new routes (though we have a lot of those) it's the quality of each route that's put up. Stan and Kyle set challenging and interesting routes that aren't reach dependent regardless of whether you're a 5.8 or a 5.13 climber. We want rock climbers to have fun and get pumped, not frustrated. We set routes with the most classic outdoor routes in mind that not only visually inspire, but challenge the climbers' technique, power, and endurance.

	WHAT TO WEAR We suggest that you wear comfortable clothes. Keep in mind that you will need the full range of motion of your arms and legs, so no tight jeans. Also remember, we have climbing shoes available for rent.
	ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Rate includes day pass, harness, shoes, chalk bag. Before climbing at Exposure, you must fill out a liability release form. Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal gaurdian sign off on their liability release form before they can climb. Also, no one under the age of 14 is allowed to belay (work the safety ropes), and must have some over the age of 14 to belay them while they climb. Belayers must also fill out a liability release form.
