Discover what rock climbing is all about in this 4-hour clinic designed for the beginning rock climber. No climbing experience is necessary. For those of you who have climbed in an indoor gym and want to try it outdoors we will cover top roping procedures. We will begin with a short gear and safety lesson to get you acquainted with the equipment. Our expert climbing instructors will teach you basic rock climbing safety, climbing knots, climbing commands, basic top roping techniques, rope management and an overview of the climbing rating system, and of course, get you on a lot of climbs.
