Two Hour Mind/Body Experience Chicago, IL
Choose between a 45 minute private Pilates or private Yoga session, followed by a 45 minute Thai Yoga Therapy treatment and a 30 minute Steam/Sauna session.
Thai Yoga Therapy incorporates acupressure, energy meridian work, and Yoga based stretches. You will lie on a traditional Thai yoga mat in loose fitting clothing as the therapist works to restore balance to the body, mind and spirit. This experience is especially beneficial for athletes that participate in marathons, triathlons and other high endurance sports. After your Thai Yoga Therapy/Yoga or Pilates combo, you can relax in either our steam room or state of the art Sunlight Sauna. You will have access to both for 30 minutes. Sunlight Sauna uses Solocarbon Heating Technology. Infrared radiant energy is used to penetrate the body's tissues at a more pleasant temperature than traditional hot rock saunas. Sunlight's patented heater design resonates the water molecules under your skin causing the release of cellular toxins and improves circulation, detoxification and pain relief of sore muscles.

(From Yelp...) Oh bliss! I had an incredibly good 1 hour Swedish massage at Soulistic. Wonderful! I felt sooooo good afterwards, and it's 3 days later now and my back is still in very relaxed shape.
The masseuse was very thorough. It was amazing. Before the massage they ask you to draw on diagrams where your pains, tightness and whatnot is...and they do pay attention to this chart.
The staff are all very friendly, and the place feels personal. They have a very small little sauna, kind of a funny little thing.... and a smallish steam room. Good for use on one's own... i wouldn't want to share that space with anyone else!
Their gowns, slippers and towels are all newish and clean and lovely. Their bathrooms are super too, clean and comfortable set up.
