Whether you are interested in toning your body, losing weight, or bulking up like the Hulk, our personal fitness program will be tailored to your needs. Your trainer, Kurt Rawlins, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education. He has extensive experience with postural alignment, weight management, body sculpting and toning, sport-specific training, and small group fitness. These 60-minute sessions are individualized to the client’s goals and needs, and will improve both your health and body. Programs are altered every 6-8 weeks to maximize results and “shock” the system. If you haven't used a personal trainer before, or even if you are currently going to one, our programs will get you to achieving your goals faster and you will leave feeling your new you!
