	BOOKING AVAILABILITY To secure a spot, we recommend that you BOOK 1 week to 72 hours in advance of your preferred spa date.
	BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY REFUNDS AND RESCHEDULES: If you must cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time in order to avoid being charged for 50% of the treatment's value. No- shows will also be charged in full. Same-day spa appointments are non-cancelable and are charged at full value regardless of appearance. Please note that if you arrive late for your treatment, it will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled guest. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early for all spa appointments allowing you time to change and relax prior to your service. CANCELLATION BY SPA: If we cancel an appointment for any reason, we will give you an opportunity to reschedule or a 20% discount on an alternate service.
