How do I find the perfect gift?

Think about what activities your recipient enjoys and then browse through the experience categories most similar to your recipient's favorite activities.

Can I buy multiple gifts at the same time?

Yes. Whether you are buying for multiple recipients or buying multiple experiences for one lucky person, you can buy all of your gifts during one transaction. During the checkout process, you will be able to customize each gift with a message for the recipient, and can select multiple locations for shipping.

Are there any restrictions that need to be considered before purchasing an experience?

Certain experiences have specific requirements for participation; such as age, height, weight, health or other factors. This information is provided on the experience detail pages, and is also proivded to the recipient during the booking process. Funsherpa does its best to include all restrictions or requirements on each experience detail page; however, we cannot take responsibility for any inaccuracies, so please contact us with any questions if you are unsure of certain restrictions for a specific experience. It is the responsibility of the recipient to comply with all necessary requirements prior to participating in an experience. Cancellations made as a result of the inability to meet the service provider’s requirements are non-refundable.

When you are finished shopping, click on My Cart in the top navigation to view your shopping cart details. Assuming there are no changes, click Checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

What are my shipping options and costs?

We ship all of our gift packages FedEx. During checkout you can choose from the following shipping options:

  • Email or Print Certificate FREE
  • USPS $6.50
  • UPS 3 Day $16.00+ (depends on location)
  • UPS 2 Day $21.00+ (depends on location)
  • UPS Overnight $35.00+ (depends on location)

This is a last minute gift; can I send an email certificate to my recipient?

Yes. For those of us who wait until the last minute to shop, Funsherpa can send an email gift certificate. The certificate can either be delivered to you or the recipient and will have the same functionality and regulations as a regular Funsherpa Gift Certificate.

Can I send a customized message with each gift I buy?

Yes. You can include a customized message with every gift you purchase. This can be done during the checkout process on the shipping information page.

How do I track my order?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email showing the details of your purchase. If you chose to ship a gift box, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once the package has shipped which will include your tracking number (for UPS shipments). All packages can be tracked online at www.ups.com.

Booking your Funsherpa Experience


 

How do I Book my Funsherpa Experience?

It's as easy as 1,2,3!

Step 1: Go to www.funsherpa.com

Step 2: Click on the "Book Now" button

Step 3: Follow the simple instructions to submit your desired experience and booking dates, and a Funsherpa representative will verify availability and contact you shortly.

Is there an expiration date for my Funsherpa Experience or Gift Certificate?

Yes. Your Funsherpa Experience has an expiration date of one (1) year from the date purchased, except in states where prohibited by law. You must schedule your experience before the expiration date. The expiration date can be found on the Gift Certificate from your original gift package. If your voucher expires, you can always contact us at support@funsherpa.com to exchange your voucher for store credit. All Experiences and Gift Certificates are considered purchased in the State of Illinois and are subject to Illinois law.

Can I extend the expiration date on my Funsherpa Gift Certificate?

No. However, you can contact us at support@funsherpa.com to convert your voucher to a monetary amount (based on the value of the original purchase) and you will be able to apply that amount towards the booking of any active experience listed on www.funsherpa.com.

Can I combine multiple gift cards?

Yes. To combine multiple gift certificates, please contact a customer service representative via email at support@funsherpa.com. The total value of the gift certificates you wish to combine will be totaled, and can be used towards the booking of any experience.

What if I book an experience that is less in value than my certificate?

Any remaining value will remain on your gift certificate.

What dates are available for my experience?

Certain experiences are offered daily. Others are offered only on specific dates or during specific seasons. The dates available for each experience are found on the experience detail page.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations


 

Do You Allow For Refunds?

Refunds are allowed within 30 days of purchase. All refunds must be requested by the original purchaser and all monies will be remitted only to the original purchaser in accordance with the original payment method. No refunds shall be permitted once a Funsherpa Experience is booked in accordance with booking requirements found at www.funsherpa.com.

Can I exchange the experience I've been given for another one?

Yes. You can exchange the experience you have been given for a different one. Unbooked experiences can be exchanged at any time prior to the Experience or Gift Certificate expiration date FREE OF CHARGE. Contact a customer service representative at support@funsherpa.com to assist with your experience exchange.

What If I Book An Experience, But Have To Cancel?

Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rebooking are allowed up to fourteen (14) days prior to the Experience, unless otherwise noted at www.funsherpa.com for a particular Experience.

Can I bring additional people to my experience?

Yes. Please inform us during the booking process if you would like to add people to your experience. Assuming the experience provider has availability on the day of your request, you will be able to add additional people at the current experience price.

Note that there are certain restrictions as to the maximum number of participants and spectators for each experience. These details can be found on each experience detail page.

What happens if there is bad weather on the day of my experience?

Certain experiences are subject to weather conditions. In the case of questionable weather, please contact your experience provider at the number provided to you on your booking confirmation email.

If my Gift Card has been lost or stolen, will Funsherpa replace it?

No. We will not replace lost or stolen gift certificates.
